Research of the impact of the organizational behavior of Lithuanian agricultural enterprises on entrepreneurship of the employees (in Lithuanian language)

Any organization, in order to be successful in the XXI century - age of the knowledge sočiety - must have a modern organizational behaviour (OB). Progressive, innovative, successful organization is an organization open to creating problem-oriented environment, fostering individuals and groups of individuals to cooperation, self-control and independence. This article is to determine to investigate OB of Lithuanian agricultural organizations. To this end, a model was developed to investigate the OB of Lithuanian agricultural companies and farmers. Studies have shown that agricultural companies, as compared with the farmers, experienced to a more modern OB. For farmers are most important areas of teamwork, understanding emerging in the process of conflict resolution and positive attitude to the initiative of employees. The OB “modernity” the most involved with the controlled area and the average annual number of employees in the organization. The scientific literature analysis, survey, questionnaires, statistical analysis of treatment methods were used in Investigation.
