PRI projects have large impacts on various sustainability attributes in different phases. A comprehensive assessment of these impacts for project’s life-cycle is of great importance. The proposed methodology has created the required framework for such assessment by using Concept Mapping, Focus Group, and Multi-Attribute Decision Making Techniques. In scientific discourse intersectoral collaboration is recognized as an instrument for overcoming complexity of issues in public and private sectors due to its succesful application in many cases. However, it cannot give its full advantages due to the lack of understanding regarding the main affecting factors, most recent obstacles as well as different contexts throughout its application process.

The solution of the problem of multicriteria alternative choice in the conditions of fuzzy expert assessments of compliance with alternatives to the requirements of criteria is described. We consider the situation when the rating of the alternatives can comprise several experts that form an individual system of criteria for evaluation of alternatives using numerical or linguistic form submissions.
Consumer properties of the thermal and electric energy which are the products at energy markets yield interconnections that have significant impact on the laws of energy consumption. When physical or price restrictions of the thermal energy supply are present at the power markets, the shortage of energy can be compensated by an increase in electricity consumption. At the same time, it appears that the interconnection of heat and electricity consumption largely determines the model of ower supply organization.
At the beginning, the article briefly describes the features of the marketing complex household goods. Also provides an overview of some aspects of the market for indoor air purifiers. The specific subject of the study was the process of consumer choice of house- hold appliances for cleaning air in living quarters. The aim of the study was to substantiate and develop a computer model for evaluating by the potential buyers devices for air purification in conditions of vagueness and ambiguity of their consumer preferences.

When analyzing the Baltic States, attention should be paid firstly to the peculiarities of agriculture and to relatively low subsidies of the EU funds in comparison with the old EU countries.
The teahouse market has seen an expansion across various countries. In order to identify the most reasonable paths for development, the choice of location for the outlets needs to account for a number of conflicting criteria. Therefore, the multicriteria approach is required to effectively handle the location selection problem. In this paper, we develop a multicriteria framework for teahouse selection and apply it in the context of Lithuania.
